• • Added the Metamagic Expert feat

  • Changed the Rapid Gadgeteer feat, as it previously gave too high of a potential alpha strike with damaging gadgets

    • Previously, this let you modify a gadget so it was an attack action to use, meaning you could use as many of these gadgets as you have attacks in a round. This could easily lead to someone activating up to nine gadgets in a single turn. Now, you can modify the gadgets to be a move action, letting you use two per round instead of one.
