Warmaster

Warmasters are bloody-minded warriors, working in concert with their eidolons to bring destruction on their foes.

Weapon and Armor Proficiencies

A warmaster is proficient in simple and martial weapons, and with light and medium armor.

Warmasters gain one less spell known of every level they can cast.

Assail (Ex)

At 1st level, a warmaster and his eidolon gain a +1 bonus on melee damage rolls when within 30 feet of one another. This bonus increases by +1 at 3rd level and every 2 levels thereafter.

This ability replaces call servitor and call esper.

Warmaster Armor Training (Ex)

At 2nd level, the warmaster reduces the arcane spell failure chance from wearing armor by 10%, and the check penalty by -1. The warmaster suffers no movement penalty due to wearing medium armor. These bonuses increase by 10% and -1 at 8th level, and every 6 levels thereafter.

The warmaster can instead choose an Advanced Armor Training option from the Fighter list. This ability functions as a prerequisite for the Advanced Armor Training feat, using the warmaster's summoner level as his fighter level for any Advanced Armor Training requirement.

This ability replaces aspect.

Sharpen Senses (Su)

At 4th level, a warmaster can, as a swift action, sacrifice a spell slot to grant himself and his eidolon a competence bonus on attack rolls and saving throws equal to the level of the spell sacrificed for one minute.The warmaster may use this ability once per day at 4th level, and one additional time per day every 3 levels thereafter.

This ability replaces augment summoning.
