This page covers a few additional conditions used in the Endless Frontier.

Bloodied

A creature is bloodied when it is reduced below 50% of its maximum hp. No check or action is needed to determine if a creature is bloodied; it is readily apparent to anyone who can see it. Even creatures without blood can become bloodied, though in this case the damage manifests itself in other ways, such as leaking oil from a golem, or streaming ectoplasm from a ghost.

The bloodied condition has no inherent impact aside from judging a creature's state of well-being, though a number of abilities have effects based on the bloodied state of a creature.

Severely Bloodied

A creature is severely bloodied when it is reduced below 25% of its maximum hp. This otherwise functions the same as the bloodied condition.
