Reincarnation Table

This table is used in place of the default to determine what form a creature is reincarnated into. A creature that undergoes reincarnation loses all racial abilities and modifiers of its previous race, and gains those of the new one instead. 

• If a creature is reincarnated as a creature with racial HD, they lose one level in any class they had, plus one level per 2 racial HD beyond the first.

• If a creature would be reincarnated as a dragon but doesn't have the requisite hit dice to become a wyrmling of any type, reroll the result on this table.
