Equipment

The most basic equipment is the Badlands Pack. This pack is sold in nearly every town, and contains the essentials for travel in the Frontier. They are mass produced, making them very cheap for what they contain. They cost 50 sy and weigh 35 pounds. The components are:

  • Bedroll

  • 50 feet of silk rope

  • 5 days' rations

  • Miner's Lantern and 3 pounds of oil

  • Crowbar

  • Hammer and 4 pitons

  • Tinderbox

  • Flint and Steel

  • Belt Pouch

  • Backpack (masterwork)
