Divine Summoner
While most summoners contract with lower outsiders, some are inspired to serve a higher power. These divine summoners use faith to aid them in their struggles, and they summon eidolons that act as avatars of their goddesses.
Divine Casting
A divine summoner casts her spells as divine, rather than arcane, meaning she suffers no spell failure chance from wearing armor. A divine summoner chooses a specific goddess that she serves. She must be within one alignment step of her chosen goddess. Should she ever be more than one alignment step away, or egregiously sin against her goddess, she loses all features granted or modified by this archetype until she reverts via atonement.
Domain
At 1st level, a divine summoner learns to call upon the power of her goddess. The divine summoner must select two domains from those available to her goddess. She gains the granted powers of these domains, using her summoner level as her cleric level and her Cha mod in place of Wis mod for determining when the powers are gained and what effects they have. Once she chooses these domains, they cannot be changed.
If the divine summoner selects the animal domain, she does not gain an animal companion upon reaching level 4. When the divine summoner would gain that ability, her eidolon instead gains two ability score increases (gaining +1 to two different ability scores or +2 to one ability score). If her eidolon dies or is released, when she gains a new one, it benefits from this ability score increase.
This ability replaces Call Servitor 1, Augment Summoning, and Transposition.
Avatar of the Goddess (Su)
At 1st level, the divine summoner's eidolon takes on an appearance of her goddess. The divine summoner must choose an eidolon subtype that grants the biped base form and has an alignment within one step of her goddesses'. For example, a follower of Shurelya could choose a Void eidolon, since it has a Biped base form and a Neutral alignment, but not a Protean eidolon, because it only has the Serpentine base form.
The eidolon vaguely resembles the goddess that it represents.
This ability modifies Call Eidolon.
Goddess Channeler (Sp)
Starting at 3rd level, a divine summoner can call down powerful spells granted by her goddess. At 3rd level, she learns the 1st-level spells granted by her domains. At 5th level, she learns the 2nd-level spells granted by her domains, and so on, until she finally learns the 9th-level domain spells at level 19. If she has spell slots of the appropriate level, she can cast these spells from those slots.
She also gains a pool of spell points equal to her level + Cha mod. She can cast any of her domain spells by expending a number of these spell points equal to the spell's level
This ability replaces Call Servitor 2-9 and Call Esper.
